Raleigh:

          I was raised in a Christian home and saved at the age of 5 at Corinth Baptist Church in Stone Mountain GA, with Pastor Don Richards. I grew up in old fashioned Independent Baptist Churches throughout my life. As a teenager I got away from the Lord at a time when my parents were getting divorced. On July 4th 1996 the Lord got my attention with the death of a friend. At the age of 18, I began to get back in church and the Lord began working in my heart for more of Him. 
         The following year I surrendered to God's call to full time Christian service, a short time later realizing and surrendering to God's call on my life to preach. I began Crown College in Powell TN, with Pastor Clarence Sexton,in the fall of 1998. In my freshman year the Lord burdened my heart for missions and I surrendered to His call to be a church planter. My senior year the Lord moved me to West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster CA, with Pastor Paul Chappell. During this year I met my wife who was working on staff at Lancaster Baptist Church as a Kindergarten teacher. In 2002, I graduated from West Coast Baptist College with a Bachelors of Religious Education with Majors in Bible and Missions.
In June of 2002, my brother and I started the Winning Side Baptist Church, with my brother Pastor Shane Hill as pastor. Cassie and I were married that same month. I worked as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor. After 2 years we brought in a pastor to continue the work. In 2005 I took my first pastorate in Lawrenceville GA. In 2007 I resigned from the Pastorate and joined my brother in starting the Heritage Baptist Church in Bogart GA where I have served for 10 years as Assistant Pastor leading in every area of ministry including Missions Director. In 2016 God called us to be Church Planting Missionaries to Argentina, in the Southern region of Patagonia. After the 2020 Pandemic we were stranded in the U.S. and were not allowed to return to Argentina. At the beginning of 2021 the Lord led our family to begin the Freedom Baptist Church in North Idaho in the city of Spirit Lake.

Cassie:

        I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home and my parents sent me to a Christian school at a young age. 
When I was in First grade my teacher asked if anyone would like to be Saved after one of our Bible lessons. I had seen others sit on my teacher's lap and pray with her. So, I raised my hand and I felt special to sit on her lap and repeat a prayer after her.
        Years later, I began to have doubts about my salvation. When I was fifteen, I went to youth camp with my church, Harvest Baptist Temple in Medford OR, with Pastor Bob Gass. The first night I was there, the preacher preached on Hell. I knew I had a head knowledge of salvation. I knew the Romans Road, but I was so afraid that I didn't really mean it when I prayed with my teacher. I went forward during the invitation and prayed with a councilor and asked the Lord Jesus to forgive me of being a sinner and to save me.
       I can remember I had such a huge burden lifted off of me! I didn't have to worry anymore if I was saved or not.
After high school God began to work in my heart to serve Him. I attended Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola FL my freshman year, then transferred to West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster CA, with Pastor Paul Chappell where I graduated from in 2001. In the fall of 2001, I joined the staff of Lancaster Baptist Church and began teaching Kindergarten at Lancaster Baptist School. During that year I met my husband and we were married after he graduated in June of 2002. That same year we began working in our first church plant. 
        Since 2002, I have been serving the Lord along side my husband in the ministry, and as an Elementary Christian School Teacher in various grades for 11 years.
